When asked by your doctor to ring and make an appointment around a certain date because they cannot do it for you perhaps a note on the PMR would be helpful so the receptionist can see this is what is needed, so far I have not been able to get to see my doctor I have stopped taking one of my tablets as it is making me feel ill but this is dismissed by the staff and no appointment is available for the foreseeable future

Being referred to Greenview for emergency appointment.
Possibly open more phone lines for when trying to ring at 8 am.

Reception staff have improved tremendously in past 2 years (maybe 1 1/2).
Have been with surgery for 24 years, always had problems with reception.
