Overall a good experience even if getting an appointment it getting harder every day. Receptionists were really helpful in the end and also the doctor was really good and understanding

It was the second time trying to get an appointment, and just after I called 111 and seen by a doctor at the hospital I’ve gotten one. It would be better to see a GP first even if at first sight the health conditions don’t look like urgent. That’s what prevention means

The dr was superb, really informative and took his time to understand and talk through next steps. Thank you very much.

Always the booking process and appointment mess ups. I dread having to call or come in and think, what’s gone wrong?

Like all GP surgeries, it is difficult to get appointments.

The surgery although clean is rundown which gives the wrong message.

Best doctor I’ve seen in a long time at this surgery. The surgery and the care isn’t great but really makes a difference when you see a doctor that actually wants to help you and listens to you. Most of reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Always referred to 111 before they will then give you an appointment

Receptionists need customer service training and should be on a performance schedule with feedback sheets, just like the doctors have. I understand their job may be difficult and stressful, but it’s ridiculous. They act like they are the only people that are working, some of us do actually work as well. They are extremely rude and half of the time don’t listen to what you have said. You should also not have to be referred to 111 to then be given an appointment within the same hour.
