I cannot access care - the surgery is totally blocked to patients. I have tried 3 times this week at 8 am and have been given 3 totally different reasons and explanations about the booking process, at one stage being implied that I was lying about what I was told by reception, terrible.

Always greeted with a smile regardless of how busy the receptionists are. Drs take time to listen to the patients and to find a solution.
