Appointment was made by doctor on a call back. The care here is always very good. It is very difficult to get routine appointments would be my only complaint.

Improvements - to the booking system. Can phone up to 60 times between 8-830 am and still not get through! Maybe install a queue system.
Good about your care - Dr Greening is excellent, she genuinely cares - the others could learn from her!
