The service from any of the doctors at this surgery has always been exemplary.

Change the music on the call waiting line. Every person who l have ever spoken with, no matter what service waiting service they are put on, waiting or hold, really cannot stand hearing both the repetitive apology message or the insane choice of music that never changes. These inane choices actually compound the health and well-being of the caller.

Pleased I got a quick appointments, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, receptionist was cheerful, had 2 appointments nurse appointment was upstairs waited for a gentleman my age struggling to decend and I found it difficult too but overall good.
