I call for appointment at 8am . Receptionist told me at 08:09am there is no appointments left for same day anymore. I think it pretty impossible, but well.... Doctor call me back on fallowing day at 10:30am. Thanks for that at least .

I requested sick note from doctor because I can't walk and site. My job is at office..so for me just thinking I have to sit all day make me stressed and very upset.:( Doctor told me she can't give me sick note... Only maybe fit to work. I am in tears how painful i feeling. I think it not great at all.

The appointment system is the same in many places, queuing for long period. However the ring back call worked well after being 16th in the queue.

My appointment was for 8.30am and was under pressure with rush hour traffic. Made it on time but sat until 8.45am to be seen. Thereon everything fine but no apology for lateness.

Took 3 attempts calling to get appointment, but only because I needed to see a specific doctor who is only in surgery on certain days.

The lift to downstairs was broken on the day of my appointment - these things happen, nothing you can do about it. It didn't affect me going down the stairs, but it may have others. Otherwise, all good as far as I'm concerned
