My appointment was scheduled by text message as a telephone conversation I waited for 2 hours and nobody rang later that same day I received a text message saying I never turned up for the appointment so it has been cancelled.

You could have rescheduled my appointment when I rang your surgery later but was told I must make another appointment even though I had waited 9 days for this appointment.

Like most surgery's it's quite difficult to get through to them. I rang and was 18th in the queue.

The GP was very rude. I disclosed some sensitive information to her and I was given attitude back, not what you want when you are struggling with mental health

Not employ rude GP who gives attitude
