Bal gave mum time to explain her concerns and listened carefully. He was thorough in his investigations and considered the whole picture - not just presenting symptoms. His manner was kind and friendly.

Having been stupid enough to throw away my medicine I phoned for an emergency prescription. The receptionist was more than helpful and a new prescription was prepared and ready the next morning.
