Good to be able to see someone quickly after calling late last evening. Usually I have struggled to get appointments when ringing early morning and this delayed my decision to come a couple of days earlier.

I was seen on the day I called. Friendly and professional, self checked in to avoid queueing, Re improvements, as a new(ish) patient I am unfamiliar with where to wait so a bit more signage/guidance when booking appt would be grateful. Took time to get through to book appt but to be expected.

Farhana. I received more care and empathy in our short meeting, than I have had from all of my prior appointments combined. Very diligent and very empathetic. I felt there was an actual degree of concern.
