I get seen quite quickly. I would suggest some sort of system telling you how long you may have to wait when calling or that the call will be answered. Calls can sometimes take a while to be answered.

The service is useless you don’t answer the phone in reception on the survey it said I need to see a doctor in the next hour how can I when you don’t pick the phone up
It told me to call 111 I did and they said I need to see a doctor ASAP call your surgery
What a absolutely pointless web site get a grip

Dr Ana was wonderful today. She was so kind and caring. She listened to everything I was worrying about. She didn't rush me. She is a superb dr to have in the practice.
