There is sometimes a little wait before the Phone is answered but still quicker than most other places

Nothing apart from the above. I would be concerned though if I was a Wheelchair user about the prohibition on using the lift.

Not easy by phone. Best way is to get to the surgery first thing in the morning. Better communication.

Really efficient. Call back option great when held in queue. Prompt appointment (next day) Dr Coulter - very friendly and put me at ease. New receptionist really friendly and helpful. Many thanks
