The appointment system is very difficult to manage - I cannot imagine my 88 yr old parents managing to complete the massive form online to access an appointment. I have found it really hard to get back to see a GP following my initial appointment. I have complete DOC link and rung the surgery and eventually managed to access an appointment after becoming quite stressed about it as I did not get a call back. The GP care has been excellent, it is just the booking online form that is difficult.
