I had a follow up appointment with Dr Latif to discuss starting a new treatment. He asked my opinion on different options and I felt fully involved in the Devon’s made. I felt he listened to what I had to say and was reassuring to my worries.

The surgery appeared generally clean but there was clutter on shelves in the Drs room.

I called at 8am was20th in queue I believe I got an appointment because I had to call 111 the night before.

Takes a lng time to get appointment - lots of triage questions

There are always many in the telephone queue which results in appointments going before you get through. They have a ring back but not 100% reliable

Make more bookable in advance appointments available, if your GP says come back in x amount of weeks you should be able to book an appointment for that
