Got a same day appointment after being advised to ring at 8am. Stacey really listened to problems dad was experiencing and prescribed suitable meds to help get on top of his chest problems which have worked really effectively over the weekend. Really grateful (and relieved!) for prompt help again from team at Langham Place.

Unless you know exactly which days your preferred GP is in it is difficult to keep continuity going with ongoing treatment. Reception are generally very understanding but their hands are tied so unless you can come up with something that cannot wait it is very difficult.

When you telephone in, there is an option to stay on the line or request a call back the recording does not let you know where you are in the queue ahead of making your decision. e.g if I knew I was 4-8 in the queue I would hold onto the line.

Was able to book a blood test online, helpful communications via text message, seen promptly at my appointment time. All staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to see the self check in screen back but I understand why it was removed.

Stacey is a really great nurse, really reassuring and always gives stickers to make the kids at ease
