I rang after my appointment as my medication wasn't sent to the right chemist. But it took me 45 minutes on hold being number one in the queue to find this out. It's getting harder and harder to talk to someone there now and this needs looming at.

Your telephone lines need looking at. Whether it was the appointment line or general enquiries (I used 2 phones to see which would be quickest to answer) I was number one in the queue on hold for 45 mins which isnt acceptable at all.

It's very difficult to get an appointment in the 8am lottery

Correct information about who I was going to see in the appointment, specifically, correctly stating that a Doctor would not be present, contrary to the phone invitation I received.

I did a telephone call for advice about my son. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. She managed to get me a call back with a doctor so I could discuss his condition further. The call was made very quickly and the doctor was also very helpful prescribed something to help and also made an appointment so he could be seen. I couldn’t ask for a better service than what I got yesterday.

I was offered an appointment on the day I called. I didn’t wait long and I was asked about my experience of receiving the B12 injections. Friendly and respectful.

It is hard to get through on the phone sometimes because I work and have to keep hanging up if I’m put on hold. I’m a carer so it is difficult.

Have more available appointments and less time queueing on phone.
