This is the worst doctors surgery in the UK. Never been so disappointed in my life

You could make your receptionists actually friendly for a start. Make booking appointments easier. Actually have qualified doctors working for you instead of nurses and stop fobbing people off with stupid answers When referring people actually make sure it's done instead of forgetting about it

Both nurses were friendly and interacted amazingly with my little boy who received his 1 year immunisations. They were gentle and informative. I really appreciate this level of care and support. My little boy was smiling after a few minutes of crying due to receiving his immunisations and I feel the nurses being friendly and interactive played a part in this. Thank you so much for providing a positive experience for my little boy.

I have very good care when seen by clinicians

Everyone told to call the Surgery at 8 am not really appropriate not patient centred. I myself have problems falling asleep until the early hours therefore tend to wake later.

You can never get an appointment with a doctor when you need one. It’s a absolute joke

The health check could have gone a bit deeper into things like mental heath
