Very difficult to get an appointment

The doctor fitted the coil incorrectly and it sent me into false labour for 45 mins . I felt so ill!! This is the second time this has happened at the surgery. I would be to scared to have one fitted again

Surgery was very clean. Reception was nice and heard my concerns. Same goes for the nurse who did my phlebotomy. Very gentle, very quick, didn't feel a thing. We had a lovely chat and I was on my way. The doctors take genuine care and hear you out, they show compassion for their patients even when it's busy. I am very happy that they listen to their patients and include them in the decision making process. Which is the best way to find out what works. 10/10 hospital and staff, would reccomend.

Getting the doctor of your choice is very difficult .appointments are all gone within minutes of eight o'clock and the phone queue is very long and time consuming
