I’ve been suffering from chronic pain since 2018, and I take medication every day (around 13 -15 pills per day). With that in mind, I didn't get a diagnosis, and that isn't very reassuring

Appt was made by the doctor.. when trying to book for an appointment especially on the day..even if 8.01am..ur 20+ in the que...and on hold..if u choose to hold..there isn't an option to how far down the list u are to get a call back as the fear of loosing Ur place .plus on 4 accessions on hold..then getting cut off 30 + mins into waiting.. And when u do get a call back there are no places...so VERY Disillusioned WITH THIS MORNING SYSTEM.. especially if Ur not talking to a receptionist in the 1st 10-15mins Ur pretty much not going to get an appointment that day.. Plus..no option to go on line and book a Dr appt..only bloods/nurses

Now there is no pandemic.. Open up appointment s as everytime I get a f2f appt no matter the time of day.. The number of patients in the surgery u can count on one hand Very disconcerning

Pre booked appointment with dr which was difficult to get initially as had a To see specific GP for continuation and update on other services but all went well in the end very thorough and considerate however I had in totally had to log a complaint to receive care hence the need for continuation of GP in the first place. Receptionists and I’ve worked within that role at other surgery’s are uncaring, verging in rude mostly and unhelpful I’ve noticed in the surgery in 2023 especially, this is mostly with new staffing but unacceptable and is an off put when you know you’ll have “issues” every contact often being made to feel bad for asking for help . Dr Bundock has on my appointment last night gone above and beyond however
