2 receptionists were sitting at the back of the room, no one on front desk. Found it hard to hear them speaking to me. Apart from that they were helpful

Just feel like your not listened too which was very clear once I have read what the dr has put.she has lied in the report said things I did not say or ask for.everything is about studies an statistics not people.we are all different and what works for one dose not work for others.this is why suicide rates are high with people with chronic pain.we are treated like drug addicts all because we want to live a normal life

We as humans should be listened too.we are not all text books

I have found I am always able to get an appointment if required, the staff are all friendly and helpful and the care I received from my doctor has been fantastic.

Nothing on this occasion, I received great care.
