The Dr I saw (Coulter-Brophy) was very attentive and thorough and gave me the time I needed without me feeling rushed. The receptionists were very helpful and smiled which made me feel welcome. When I rang at 8am the day before, I asked for a female Dr. They didn't have one for that day but the receptionist booked ne an appointment for the following day which was great.

The surgery was clean but the reception area and someone of the consulting rooms are looking a bit tired and in need of an update. When I got into the lift to go down to the basement for my appointment, the lift had rubbish bags and a bucket full of cleaning products in it. This wasn't very safe if there had been vulnerable people/children in there.

The only thing I would say. I was told results would take 2 to 3 days but was not told that if results were really bad I may get a call from private number. That night I had a call from private number and did not trust this as everything these days says do not answer or give info. I was not aware that hospitals etc did this. I ignored several calls. At 10pm out of hours team knocked on my door saying my numbers were so low I needed an ambulance and emergency blood transfusion or I would die!!! I am truly grateful to the guy who I ignored and he contacted out of hours team who came to my door. He saved my life. Just let people know if the results are really bad, expect a call from private number

Had tried for 3 days before I got one.

Make appointments more accessible for people that cannot do early morning.

I needed to have a blood sample taken for testing. The nurse I saw was excellent. Because my veins are old she needed to do this from my hand I did not feel a thing and have minimal bruising. I hope if I need this procedure again I can have an appointment with the same nurse.

I cannot think of anything.
