The reason for the very good was due to the care from the doctor I had doctor Bundock. The receptionist was helpful on this occasion much better than other experince with different ones. The surgery was clean as far as I noticed. Getting an appointment is almost impossible, you finally get through and then told all the appointments are gone to call 111 or call back tomorrow, if lucky you get a call back this appointment I booked like over a week before, as I got lucky and with a doctor I know and is good

Better way to get an appointment for urgent cases

On occasion the wait is rather longer than ideal and appointments have been postponed. I realise this is nobody’s fault.
