. Waiting rm(S) require some renovation. . Website for surgery does not give information of additional services- weight loss programmes, well/man/woman clinics Cor 1 couldn't find them. . Confidentiality not fully maintained in waiting area- electronic check in area visible to all and then people's names called out, poss to get name and DOB of people.
