Didn't find receptionist particularly helpful. Tried to explain I'm disabled and unable to climb stairs. This is written on my notes. She then said a Dr wouldn't be able to come downstairs to see me. I explained I felt discriminated against due to my disability. After being left on hold she then came back to me and said a Dr would see me. I should not be made to feel like an inconvenience
