This is how a gp surgery should be run. The reception staff acknowledge you even if they are busy. Always polite. The practice nurse puts you at ease and will explain any treatment, and takes an interest in the people she sees. The Doctors I have seen are highly professional, and despite their workload still find time to make you relax.
