My daughter saw Dr Oguocha. The people in question saw my Wilson at approx 10.15 am. I was in the surgery waiting room for approx 20 mins or so during that time the radio was too loud. There was also a lady with her mother who was extremely loud and disruptive. She answered her mobile phone and was very loud when answering the phone on the other end.
