I was advised by a receptionist to go to a&e childrens as she had no appointments i explained i was disabled and that i thlught it was unnessary to trauma my child like that i then called 111 to be told langham5plave must give me an appointment to then be told again she had nothing eventually i was given an appointment with a nurse langham receptionist have allways been so unhelpful but the gps and nurses i cant leave because they are amazing

Suggested improvements
The receptionist just need a bit more kindness i find them so abrubt and they do not listen i feel like everythung i say is a problem when your allready vulnerable this can often put me of calling the gp compassion i think and to all apply the same rules as often one contradicts the other
