my first visit in over ten years! My wife made appointment because i had no voice-quite a long wait on the phone indeed! She persevered and eventually made one for same day! on arriving, well greeted and sent to right place. Doctor called me soon. Unfortunately receptionist had not told him of my weak voice (because of infection) so a comical start to session! luckily doctor and I both have sense of humour!! Examination was very professional and thorough-prescription given and my questions answered. Overall very satisfied!

Receptionist could have told the doctor of my lack of voice -but overall she had pleasant manner.
