First time we met with Dr Cullen. I was with my aging mother. Dr Cullen listened, was engaged, relatable and extremely understanding. His advice was very pragmatic and we felt heard and supported. The proposed follow-up/next steps are welcome and seem highly appropriate. We very much appreciate your help. Additionally, the receptionist team have been really friendly and very helpful whenever I have made contact. Thank you too!

Whilst the practice is very clean. It could do with some refurbishment. Obviously, not at the cost of providing medical support/general practice.
