Lovely helpful staff but always difficult to get an appointment and even if its a simple question they tell you to ring back the next morning for an appointment when it could have saved the time and a wasted appointment

The receptionist could have got out of her seat at the back and come to the counter as I couldn’t hear her properly as there was a lot of background noise from traffic outside and the. Radio too so wasn’t able to hear her quiet voice from far away. Saying that Ah did eventually come to the desk and it is nice for patients to Have the radio on in the waiting room
