The care is okay but it could be improved.
I think the Drs could do a better job at listening and involving patients in their care. The (some) receptionist can just be grumpy.

Generally I fell listened to.
It is often difficult to get appointments and repeat prescriptions. My GP offer telephone consultations as I struggle to get in around work. This is great.
