Always given enough time and fully explained why things were asked or done so felt very well informed and safe. Always able to get an appointment, very kind and helpful. Brilliant practice.

The receptionist and practitioners were both kind and helpful and I was explained of the treatments which were informing enough. The difficulty is to find a time which is available for both myself and the practice, which I assume is quite inevitable as the practice would probably need to provide care for all the students and staffs who reside in Keele, or need care during their studies/work hours.
Keele Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
