I am a new patient and I would like to firstly, thank the friendly and informative manner of the receptionist I spoke to and I couldn't believe I was offered an appointment for the next day. Secondly, I would like to thank Dr Deaville for putting me at ease during my first telephone consultation, furthermore I felt that I was listened to and then fully informed and involved in a plan forward. After my experience with my former GPs practice this was such a refreshing and positive experience. Thank you.
