On the whole I have alway had a positive experience with the surgery, the staff are mostly friendly and helpful and I've always managed to get an appointment.

I have never had a problem in getting a check up, if I call on a day when there are no appointments then the receptionists are always helpful and will get me a telephone consultation, if not on the same day then it will be the next morning, then when the doctor/nurse calls and listens to my problem they always make sure I go in to see them that day. I really find that this surgery is very caring and I hope to remain with this surgery for a long time. I have added my partner and family to this surgery too.
