Receptionists were extremely helpful and ensured I got my (non urgent) appointment with the most appropriate GP. Dr McGilligan was able to see me and carry out a very minor procedure within just a few minutes. I'm very grateful for the wide range of services that is provided within the Practice making my treatment quick, efficient and no nonsense. 100% satisfied, thank you

I have had a couple of pretty fantastic appointments at this surgery where doctor's take the time (with great patience) to listen to all of my problems. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they genuinely care about my concerns. The receptionists have a pretty tough job so i understand why they may seem a little abrupt at times but they have always worked hard to fit me in and most of the time have a smile on their face whilst doing so! To sum it up; the practice has a wonderful feel and i'd like to say thank you to them all.

Greystone Redhill is a well managed practice. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, you can book appointments over the phone or online. They have late and early opening to fit around work schedules and there is time set aside each day for emergency appointments.

I saw Dr McGilligan on the 16.2.15 and he agreed to do a minor operation. I made an appointment for the 3.3.15, at a convenient time. The practice rang me on the 17.2.15 to say they had had a cancellation on the 18.2.15 so I was able to have the minor surgery then. Dr McGilligan was very kind and sympathetic, as receiving the anaesthetic was quite painful. I always find Greystone House Practice to be an excellent GP practice where patients are treated with kindness and respect, (although inevitably some doctors and other staff are kinder than others). It is easy to get an appointment if you don't mind which doctor you see and not difficult to get an appointment with your chosen doctor as well.

I am new to Redhill and so it was very nice to feel welcomed by both the reception staff and even more so by the GP and Nurse.
