I have been having treatment following an operation 18 months ago. This involves seeing the practice nurses on a weekly basis. Quite simply they are all really really kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are professional, efficient and very friendly. I can't speak too highly of their brilliant care. One problem they have is they are not allowed certain types of dressings etc, presumably on a cost basis, this means they then have to use items they feel are not as good or inferior. They all deserve a decent pay rise!!!

Had to wait a week for an appointment. It was only for exstma cream so not too much of a problem. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Nurse sue saw us as nurse I was booked with didn't do exstma. Nurse sue was very thorough as usual.

I called at 8:30am & the Nurse Practitioner, who is fantastic, called me straight back. I got an appointment that morning with Dr Mc Gilligan. He diagnosed my 8 yr old son with Croup & checked my 6 yr old daughter. Turns out she has strep throat.Anti biotics were prescrbibed. He also prescribed cream for her eczema so I could cancel appointment I had booked for following day. Brilliant Dr! Superb surgery.

I recently had a vasectomy at this clinic/surgery. The doctor who performed this procedure was excellent. His name was Doctor Gilligan. He epitimises what I look for in a Doctor .... helpful, caring, funny and professional. I cannot thank him enough for the care he provided me.

I find the internet access facility easy to use for booking of appointments and for repeat prescriptions but would like the facility to book appointments with a nurse via the internet as well particularly for the asthma clinic and blood pressure checks.
