Service from this practice has always been excellent - responsive, respectfull, flexible and professional. Much has been written in the press recently about 'how difficult it is to get an appointment in an emergency' Recent personal experience does not support this. I had excellent service - My personal experience recently was: Phoned 0830 with a concern, The Nurse Called me back within 20 mins as promised. I had a 1010 appointment with her. She was uncertain and arranged a quick review with a doctor to confirm diagnosis – away and back to work 1020. PERFECT

My GP is Dr. York and she's very professional. My only fault with the surgery is the receptionist(/s). Every time my partner and I make appointments, I have been greeted rudely and spoken to VERY poorly. I suffered a severe back pain that I was unable to walk unassisted and was sent home. As soon I was able, I called the surgery to book an emergency appointment. The receptionist barked "It's 12:30, why are you calling NOW? It's too late!" Overall, I

This surgery is outstanding in every way. Reception staff are patient, knowledgeable and always helpful. Always find an appointment or an alternative if needed; a phone call from the Clinician Nurse or Duty Doctor if no available appointments. Every member of staff I couldn't fault. If only all surgeries were run like this! Exceptional admin staff, specialist nurses and Doctors who work all hours. Minor surgery, scans on site....I can't fault it. A very modern surgery with online appointment bookings and prescription requests that is definitely not stuck in its ways like so many other surgeries. Thank you for you continuing care.

Amazing Dr fogey, and other doctors, highly recommend this doctor who goes out of her way to help you, other doctors great aswell, friendly receptionist and can get an appointment in good time frame. Highly recommend this surgery
