Great service, all team are amazing. Sue McPherson has been amazing throughout my care. I have seen a few nurses and doctors and they have all been amazing. When my body wasn't healing, I managed to get a minor operation done the same day!

I have been going to Greystone House surgery for years. It is my family doctor's surgery, it is very clean and some of the doctors are very good although others I would not make an appointment with. The nurses are all very helpful. The only downside to this being a good surgery is that I have found that almost every time I have rung up for an appointment or engaged with the secretaries in person at the surgery they have been very rude and likely to snap at people. I have seen them act this way with other people in the queue in front of me and have also had first hand experiences of it. They are not very helpful at all and will happily leave you waiting 2 weeks for an appointment if not more. I cannot stress how bad some of their attitudes are and this should change.

I am generally happy with the practice but i would like see less of a queue when i need to see a receptionist to book a blood test as have to have these once a fortnight,maybe it would be a good idea to have two people on reception on the busy times which seem to be more frequent.

Fantastic doctors, every doctor I have had has been lovely! Dr mcgilligan especially is brilliant and very understanding and caring. Could not highly recommend this doctors surgery!

We never fail to get help and support from Greystone House surgery. If an appointment is not available, there is a service to call on the day where you can speak with a nurse or doctor. We are always seen if needed. The nurses and doctors are extremely friendly but highly professional, supportive and helpful. The doctors we see always seem to 'go beyond', offering advise and recommending services/books etc As a family, we are very pleased with Greystone House and would highly recommend the surgery to others.
