I was seen by a nurse named Sophie, who was very professional, kind & understanding. She didn't rush through the appointment & made sure I was comfortable with the procedure she was going to perform & throughout. I wasn't asked before to give feedback, but back in March 2015, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and Dr. York called me to discuss treatment moving forward. She was also very professional & considerate to my needs. The only downside to my experience with the surgery is it isn't always easy to get an appointment in the same week as requested (when phoning for my husband), an appointment is offered for the following week, although I know that this is probably the case throughout the country these days.

I had great care and treatment by both Dr Amin and of course Dr Mcgilligan. They were very supportive and I think understood my issues. I have received great care for many years from this surgery. When a doctor goes that extra mile for one of the patients , you know that they are doing their job correctly and actually care about the individual. I am sure that with the help of this practice my problems will be resolved. Life can get on top of everyone from time to time and when you need help and a friend it's good to know you get that support from your GP. many thanks to all at Greystoke surgery.

Best Surgery in the area. Friendly staff, efficient, up to date technology wise. Effortless. Wouldn't change from here.

My GP is the most caring person.I have been treated so well by him for last 15 years.His name is Mc Gilligan,I am very lucky having such a wonderful person as my GP.
