After a fall resulting in a damaged knee & a badly lacerated lower leg, following immediate emergency treatment at the ESH ,I was transferred into the care of Drs, Mc Gilligan & Arnold & Nurse Sophie Tuckwell. with some help from Training nurse Nina Hills.
I required regular wound care,medication & a diagnostic x-ray at ESH.
My injuries were slow to heal. With the Team's constant care, providing reassurance & excellent wound management I have now been discharged, my injuries healing & managed.
At all times these caring professionals were positive, helpful & reassuring.
Adjustments to my appointments were sometimes required, the Reception Staff were always helpful. Greystone House Surgery have a truly professional, dedicated , efficient Team.
THANK YOU
I care I have had has been very good I have. Been unwell for two and half weeks they have found me appointment every time I am very grateful made me hospital appointment When I went on the first time I saw the dr then the Drs have seen me three time since I am very grateful to you all .
Such a great experience whenever I have to use the surgery. You can book appointments online which is so handy and saves time waiting around on the phone. The staff are incredibly helpful & friendly, and my doctors always take my concerns seriously; they don't just fob me off and tell me to 'wait and see', they actually take time to investigate what's going on properly, which means I can have peace of mind because I know I'm being taken care of and if anything is wrong it will be spotted early.
I have been at this surgery for a while and up until recently have been really happy. There seems to be a great lack of communication in the last year and I have been told different things from doctors, nurses and receptionists leading to wasted appointments and time.
Dr Patel was very helpful on the telephone. Many thanks.
