Nurse Teresa Meekes fits the phrase "I Want Great Care" exactly. On my recent visit for a Doppler Test, she explained the procedure; helped me to prepare and ensured I was comfortable. The teast was carried out efficiently and succesfully. She advised of the next step that would be taken as a result, to continue with care for my condition. This was all conducted with her usual good houmour and attention to detail. "I Received Great Care"

I recently registered at Greystone and over the past fortnight have had to make two urgent appointments to deal with problems with a post operative incision. Stitches had not been correctly removed at St Mary's hospital and wound became infected. I was seen on both trips to Greystone with very little notice by the practice Nurse Georgie. Gerogie was absolutely fantastic in assessing the wounds and deciding on best approach. On both occasions the service and treatment was exemplary: my first visit ended with an antibiotic prescription to clear infection (Dr Grimstead - very helpful, clear and informative advice - seen at no notice) and on my second visit Dr McGilligan removed the remaining stitches with expertise (also seen at no notice!). I could not speak highly enough of the practice from these experiences.

Teresa, who gave me my B12 injection, was a very caring and friendly nurse with a great sense of humour.

I am not a patient at this surgery. I was sent by my GP to have a cyst removed and I must say that the whole experience was outstanding. The doctor introduced himself and shook my hand as I entered the treatment room before explaining the whole procedure. I felt totally at ease throughout. When I explained about another cyst that had healed over the doctor asked if I would like to have that one removed also. This was unexpected and I was extremely grateful to be rid of the lump that I had carried around with me for so long. I left this practice 100% satisfied with the treatment that I had received and the information that I was given. Thank you so much for your time.

I saw Dr Sanderson today regarding two quite complex conditions. I have got to say that she made me feel so at ease and like her time was completely mine during the appointment (I had pre warned her I had two conditions to discuss and she was great about it) Dr Sanderson took such a sensible approach to treatment, prescribing several things for me to try and also informing me that the nhs pre payment scheme. After all prescription costs are a massive issue for a lot of us, especially with multiple items! My second condition took a little lore explaining but not once did she make me feel like I was on the clock. I came out feeling so valid as a patient. For the first time in a long time and immediately recommended her to my two adult daughters who are registered at the practice. I must also mention the receptionist on duty who was really friendly and so nice to everyone. What an asset to your surgery both of them are
