The call back system from the duty doctor is a great service . I called the surgery and explained my symptoms to the receptionist who was very reassuring and sympathetic to my concerns. I was told that a dr will call me back . I didn’t have to wait long for the call .and the doctor was reassuring and professional . Thank you for this service .

I rang the surgery with a health concern and an emergency appointment was arranged that day. An urgent referral was made and a hospital appointment was advised the next day for 4 days later

I visited the surgery this morning 31/01/2020 on an 'emergency' basis and not only were the reception staff really helpful in finding me a spot on the same day, but Dr Joe McGilligan was very professional and made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything as we went along. The NHS service is the best!

I feel so lucky to be a patient at this surgery. They managed to get an appointment for my child on the day and we even got in early and were seen and dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner within 10minutes. We spent twice the time in the pharmacy getting the prescription. Great Surgery, highly recommend!

I was seen today in the Travel Clinic . I received professional helpful advice and felt very confident with the nurse . She was well prepared and had made a note of my previous immunisations in advance . She had excellent communication skills and was very efficient and had a friendly professional manner .
