Despite the current challenges, everyone at Greystone House does their very best to meet the patient’s needs. I have had a telephone consultation, then a face to face appointment and a follow up test with blood tests to come. Dr Ghafoor took such care, and I felt supported and genuinely listened to. Nurse Theresa was also really efficient and friendly, and guidance from reception ensured the premises is safe and well managed. At all times, I have felt respected and treated as an individual. Many thanks to all.
I am not on this survey to mark the Surgery! I am writing this in praise of the treatment that I received from Nurse Teresa Meeke on Monday 14th Sptember. When I received an appoinment with Teresa, I knew she would treat my leg ulcer, in her usual professional and cheerful manner. She listened well, answerered my questions fully but in a simple way. She immediately upgraded my treatment, to a level that I had been anticipating for some weeks! I have had past experience of leg ulcer care from Nurse Meeke and I appreciated immediately that I was back on the right course. I left the surgery full of confidence, that I would be cured in weeks - not months. I look forward to my next appointment with pleasure, rather than foreboding!
Very good and helpful. Teresa Meeke dealt with me extremely well.
This was a request for a repeated injection for tennis elbow which was dealt with brilliantly by reception staff and medical staff. I contacted the surgery on Monday and was seen first thing on Thursday.
In the 5.5 years we have been resident in Redhill all the staff and doctors have treated our family with care and have always been courteous, professional and caring.
Is really the NHS that gets critiqued so much. We give them and the NHS in general a Gold Star.
