The nurse I saw was lovely, she apologised for the delay and really calmed my nerves. She explained everything really well and was very reassuring. She was chatty which helped to relax me. Absolutely lovely experience

The system used to log in is very slow. You often have to wait a while after pressing a button before it gets to the next screen. It takes too long to log in

I’ve never had a problem with Greystone House from the receptionists to the doctors they’ve all been polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I saw Dr Leung yesterday afternoon ( he’s my GP) and he such an amazing doctor the compassion he shows is second to none. He’s very kind , caring and supportive just what you need in a GP .

Takes a long time to get through to make appointments also not able to book more than 1 week at a time

Waited 3 weeks for a blood test and then told the results were just for cholesterol My blood test was supposed to be for thyroid results to ascertain which tablets I should be taking

I have never had any issues with the surgery. On 2 specific occasions recently (for the same problem) I managed to get a telephone appointment and was then offered an appointment to come into the surgery within a couple of days - the second one for the treatment I needed.
