First of all I was waiting for my appointment 30 minutes and it really made me anxious as I had to be at another place on time. The GP was kind but I felt not listened to completely,especially when asking for additional tests which she said they can be done at certain times and never followed me with details of them. She was actually discouraging me while I was expecting support. Furthermore her question about my health were brief and very basic. Although my appointment was supposed to take 30min in total (including check of my newborn) GP was done in 15 minutes.

Listen to patients concerns and support them with treatment or diagnosing plans.

First I must say I had no interaction with the receptionist today. However I was attending to Jackie, the ultrasound technician who made me feel comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with conversation.. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Great practice but hard to get an appointment for shall we say knee injections I do agree it’s strange times and you’re all working hard just thought there may be a better way to help these people.
