Overall my experience of the practice has been good. However, I feel that an area that could be improved is the signing on of new patients, especially those whose first language is not English. To ask the receptionists to deal with this during busy surgery times is not acceptable. Obviously it takes time to complete the paperwork etc. and in the meantime there are other patients waiting to book appointments, collect prescriptions etc. These new patients should be dealt with in a quiet room where there is no pressure and plenty of time to answer their questions and deal with the paperwork. I hope this comment is useful.
