Greystone House is a clean, pleasant, well managed surgery with helpful caring staff. In fact it should be held as a model for all practices. The reception staff are always wiling to assist and give good advice, when needed and patients and visitors alike are always greeted with a friendly attitude. The only reason I have marked down on the appointments is due to he fact that I prefer to see the same GP each time and he is extremely popular, hence he gets booked up very quickly.
