I have been registered at Greystones practically all my life. I do have a complicated medical history. Not least Chronic Pain & Chronic Pain Syndrome made all the worse by mental health problems. This is difficult for me to understand at times. I have rung the surgery quite a few times. Yes, I panick as so many different interacting drugs. There is a daily triage system if appointment seems urgent. A lot of very good Doctors & Nurses. In addition, there is attached to the Practice a Pharmacist, a minor surgery unit and a Travel Vaccine Clinic. Recently a ' Mental Health' Practitioner' has been added to the Practice. I am reassured by there Care.

Suggested improvements
Over all the Appointment system for the Practice and their referals to Specialists works very well. I am very worried about the ' Ups & Downs ' of my Mental Health. I am really pleased that we now have a Specialist. No Judgement on Greystones at all. Just seems that Mental health Services always seem to be at the bottom of the queue when it comes to funding. This is very frustrating when you have to wait ages for a mental health appointment.
