I saw Dr McGilligan on the 16.2.15 and he agreed to do a minor operation. I made an appointment for the 3.3.15, at a convenient time. The practice rang me on the 17.2.15 to say they had had a cancellation on the 18.2.15 so I was able to have the minor surgery then. Dr McGilligan was very kind and sympathetic, as receiving the anaesthetic was quite painful. I always find Greystone House Practice to be an excellent GP practice where patients are treated with kindness and respect, (although inevitably some doctors and other staff are kinder than others). It is easy to get an appointment if you don't mind which doctor you see and not difficult to get an appointment with your chosen doctor as well.
