I arrived one minute before my appointment and checked in using the electronic receptionist device and sat down. Within a minute I was called in to see the doctor. I was dealt with professionally and swiftly but not rushed. The service was excellent and can't criticise it at all. The only issue I have is the surgery being closed for lunch, that's all a bit 1995 but there may be a compelling reason.
