4th November 2020

As I had a series of ongoing appointments since March, I have only had that first experience in making a telephone appointment. All follow up dates and times were booked by the nurse, as I received my regular treatment. On October 26th I was informed by Teresa Meekes, that my ulcer was cleared up. I had followed her explicit and anticipated final intructions on self care, which had been given two weeks earlier, when she had predicted that the end was in sight. I am not sure who was happier - Teresa or myself? It had been a long period of treatment covering almost 7 months in which Teresa had exclusively contributed for the last 8 weeks. I could not wish for better care by this cheerful, understanding Nurse, A very good communicator.

Suggested improvements
I think I have said it all. I cannot imagine getting better care than I received during September and October 2020.
